Nondual Enquiry

But let’s be honest – you are probably so curious, you need to have a call with me, right? You want a better understanding of this work or perhaps to have an taster of it first …
Nondual Enquiry
As you express your creativity, future goals, and how you see yourself – through words or movement (action), I remain complete present to you. I come from a perspective of no separation between us (as in ‘you’ and ‘me’) and everything around us.
The role of a coach is to help you recognise your strengths, and examine beliefs that hold you back or cause you pain. They create an environment where you can notice your actions and habits. The difference with nondual enquiry is that this process is done together, through a combination of at first conversations, and then body-based practices, that provide a direct experience of the impact of separation and individuation, compared to the potential available in nondual experience.
There is no ‘you’ and ‘me’. No ‘coach’ and ‘coachee’. We also explore ‘where’ or ‘what’ in you needs or wants to be free from pain or to improve at all. We look at the concepts of self and separation. This work is best for those who already have some experience with meditation or mindful movement.
In Nondual Enquiry, I invite you to reflect on how your personal experiences shape how you see yourself and the world and even, me. Each session is a chance to grow in curiosity, awareness and to feel connected. Together, we explore your journey and find insights that resonate with you as we take this journey together. After completely this neverending journey, you may experience formerly challenging situations as no longer frustrating, frightening or bothersome.
