
I mean it. My way of living isn’t better than yours. The 5am clubbers aren’t better. Or the cold plunge bathers. Even the meditators. This comparative way of living is our society’s downfall.
Start with allowing yourself the grace to own your way of living.
This is where embodied living and nurturing your embodied self is crucial to curing our unease with being who we are. Because you’re all right. Okay?
Over the coming weeks I will be sharing my views on how to live well. That’s totally subjective. I am not going to evaluate how you do it. What goes on beneath your skin is your business and no-body else’s. What you feel, sense and how you respond to your beliefs about things is only your business.
